PREPARATION method:
Use as many vEGGs as there are chicken eggs specified in the recipe.
To prepare a vegejaj:
Thoroughly mix 12g of vEGGs powder (22ml), 2 & frac12 ; tablespoons of water (37 ml / 37 g) and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use it like a chicken egg.
vEGCutty:
Prepare a mixture of as many eggs as you like. Pour the mixture into a hot, greased non-stick pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring, turning and gently

Omelet, quiche, casserole:
The addition of milk or cream is not recommended.
