Lecithin is a complex fat (from the group of phospholipids). Lecithin is involved in many metabolic processes, it is a component of the brain and nervous tissue. A lack of lecithin in the diet reduces the immunity of the nervous system, as well as vitality. One of the most important functions of lecithin is to lower LDL levels. The product does not contain any genetically modified organisms, allergenic substances or ingredients of animal origin. Lecithin has properties that can extend shelf life. It is also often used as an emulsifier.

APPLICATION
