DESCRIPTION
Oolong tea, also known as emerald, blue, turquoise, dragon or oolong tea. According to the Chinese classification, it belongs to the group of blue teas, according to the Polish one - mostly red. Its leaves are gently fermented. Oolong tea is much less astringent in taste and more tender on the stomach, with sweet and even fruity notes. It is also characterized by a high content of tannins and vegetable tannins. It contains only a small amount of caffeine.
PREPARATION
Brew oolong in a little less water - 1 teaspoon per small cup of water - about 120-170ml. The optimal water temperature is 90 * C. Strain the infusion from the leaves after about 1-5 minutes, depending on the desired intensity of the tea.
RETENTION RECOMMENDATION
Store dry.
