DESCRIPTION
Type 2000 organic rye flour is a wholemeal flour, ie it comes from the full milling of wholemeal rye. Recommended for baking dark rye bread (very firm consistency), mixed bread, pasta dough, preparing sour rye soup and thickening vegetable pies.
