Adults: 10 & share; 15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) divide 2 &; Share 3 times a day with about 50 &; Dilute 100 ml of water. Children over 3 years 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day diluted in about 50 ml of water.
The concentrate of the drink can be diluted with any liquid before consumption, e.g. fruit juice, tea, mineral water or others. Can be eaten undiluted.
Stir the concentrate before opening the bottle.
