DESCRIPTION :

Native to the Iberian Peninsula, Spanish Marjoram is a wild Mediterranean herb popular with herbalists around the world. Traditionally used as an infusion to relieve coughs and colds. Spanish marjoram as an essential oil is used in treatments that boost immunity. Mixed with a carrier oil and massaged into the chest, it improves circulation. The oil used in vapor inhalation or nebulization has energizing properties.

INGREDIENTS:

100% Thymus mastichina (marjoram) flower oil.

Naturally occurring allergens: limonene and linalool.

METHOD OF USE:

In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner

Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil. Add essential oil to the bowl with very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years.)

For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.

Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
