Nonionic colloidal silver are silver nanoparticles suspended in purified water. Nonionic silver is made through a physical process that creates colloids that contain no chemical impurities. Transparent nonionic silver does not oxidize under the influence of light and UV radiation. It has antibacterial properties and inhibits the action of fungi. The high concentration (50 ppm) of silver particles enables the full antibacterial and fungicidal potential to be used. The ultra-low particle size helps neutralize the harmful effects of bacteria and viruses. In addition, smaller silver particles allow for an increase in the contact area, which in combination with the flat structure maximizes effectiveness.
