Right behind are proteins and amino acids that are present in the potato. Potatoes are also rich in minerals such as calcium, chlorine, iron, iodine and sulphur, and they are a source of valuable vitamins: C, PP, B1, B2 and B6.
Potatoes are a vegetable with a wide range of vitamins . It works both as an encore and as the main ingredient of the dish; it can be made into purees, dumplings, pies and fries, or added to salads, jams, soups, casseroles and even cakes.
