Both flours are rich in selenium, iron and copper, which allergy sufferers often lack. Selenium delays the body's aging process, which is why it is often referred to as the element of youth. APPLICATION
1. Boil water.
2. Slightly salt the boiling water, add a little oil.
3. Put the noodles on the boiling water. Cook for 6-7 minutes.
4. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.
