Algae are hand-picked in their natural habitat on the Galician coast ( Zatoka Biscay and Portuguese waters). Kombu seaweed is used to flavor the water used in the PREPARATION of soups, broths, sauces, rice, vegetables, fish, meat and stews. 1 g of the product contains 150 mcg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.

PREPARATION SMETHODE
Use only to PREPARE broths or bouillons, do not eat directly. Put 1 g of seaweed in 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and remove the seaweed from the broth or broth.
