INGREDIENTS

Barley * 100% (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats made from peeled barley grains. Perfect as an accompaniment to soups, for example in the famous Polish Krupnik, and as an ingredient in second courses in combination with vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION
The previously rinsed groats should be boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1: 3 (1 portion of groats to 3 portions of water) for about 20 minutes.
