DESCRIPTION
Organic plantain peels are valuable in terms of being very high in fiber. In the presence of water, they release mucus, forming a gel that facilitates the movement of the contents in the intestine. The peels can be eaten as a drink with water, milk or fruit juice poured over them. They can also be used as an additive to bread or as a thickener for soups and sauces. Psyllium husks are particularly recommended in combination with psyllium in a ratio of 20% of the husks and 80% of the seeds in the form of the so-called psyllium husks - vital fiber.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Do not take more than 5 teaspoons per day and use CAUTION when feeding children. It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids when consuming the peels.
