M-Gard® is a purified bioactive beta-1.3/1.6-glucan naturally present in the cell walls of baker's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae . It is obtained through an extraction process that does not damage the 1,3/1,6 structure crucial for bioactivity.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1 . M-Gard® binds to immune cell receptors.

2. Binding to receptors creates a cascade of cellular signaling and activates cells that are an innate part of the immune system.

3. The secretion of cytokines begins, which send signals to the rest of the immune system cells.

4. These cells pick up a signal and prime the immune system to act when the pathogen attacks.

Recommended dosage: 1 capsule once a day.
