The stimulating effect of yerba mate is due to the presence of caffeine, theobromine and theophylline. Yerba mate can be brewed in many ways. It is prepared differently in Argentina or Brazil and differently in Paraguay or the Middle East. Just like there is no right way to prepare coffee or tea. Most commonly, however, mate is prepared and drunk in wood or earthenware (but sometimes other materials). You will also need the bombilla to drink the infusion with.
INGREDIENTS
100% mate leaves.
APPLICATION
Infuse 2-3 teaspoons of dried fruit with water at a temperature of 70-80 C, cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Drink warm or cold.

STORAGE
Store in a well-sealed container in a cool, dry place.
