DESCRIPTION
Organic red lentils are shellless brown lentils. By peeling the red lentils, the body absorbs them better. Red lentils tend to overcook, so they're best added to soups, stews, and hearty snacks.
PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, season with salt.
