DESCRIPTION
Clay stands out from the crowd What makes clay special is that it is both an absorbent and an adsorbent - meaning it can exchange absorbed pollutants and toxins for beneficial minerals. Clay is used for masks and compresses. It absorbs and regulates excess sebum, eliminates toxins and impurities, revitalizes the skin and supports cell renewal. It also has emollient properties.
APPLICATION
Face Mask: Apply a thick layer of clay paste to the face, avoiding the neck, eye and mouth area. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and do not let the mask dry on the skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat the skin dry with a cotton towel. Finish the treatment with a moisturizer.
As a pack: Apply the clay paste to a piece of natural fiber and spread 2-3 cm thick with a non-metallic spatula. Place the clay pack in direct contact with the skin and hold it in place with the bandage, but not too tight. If a compress needs to be placed on an irritated area, place a thin pad of gauze between the clay and the skin. Leave the compress on for 1 hour. Remove as much clay as possible when stripping, moisten if necessary, then rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a cotton cloth.
