Gluten-free pasta gemmed with a special recipe to get a taste similar to plain durum wheat pasta. The composition includes a combination of corn and rice flour. Both types of flour have a delicate taste. We will prepare traditional Italian dishes made from spaghetti such as carbonara, bolognese and neapolitan.
