Porcini mushrooms in jars come only from Polish forests, mainly from the Kozienicka Forest. The cucumber is tender, sweet and sour, and the mushrooms are firm. Porcini mushrooms look great on the festively decorated table. For those who do not want to use them in dishes, we recommend PREPARING tartar sauce. Due to the wealth of biologically active ingredients, mushrooms can be classified as a functional food, i.e. with health-promoting properties. Mushrooms have an interesting COMPOSITION: they contain a lot of water, but their dry matter consists mostly of protein; contain linolenic acid, but also fiber. Mushrooms contain many valuable micronutrients, so it is worth reaching for them.
