DESCRIPTION
Hand mill Campo made of untreated beech wood, soaked with linseed oil. It features metal grinding systems, tabletop mounting and the ability to adjust grind strength.
The rollers, equipped with high-quality ball bearings, make crushing the grains much easier. The Campo grinder is suitable for the PREPARATION of oat flakes. When grinding other types of grain, i.e. rye, spelt, wheat and heavily dried grains, it is advisable to pour water over the grain and let it dry on a sieve for about five hours. Grinds all types of grain down to the size of wheat kernels (except corn).
Not suitable for chopping sesame and poppy seeds.

    • grinder operation
    Attach the grinder to the table. Fill the hopper with grain and turn the handle clockwise. The appropriate thickness of the petals can be achieved by turning the knobs in the opposite direction.

    cleaning
    Use a dry, stiff brush to clean the metal shafts. Never use water or detergents. The mill crank can be unscrewed by blocking the milling rollers with paper while turning the crank anti-clockwise.
