Thanks to its high content of natural pectin, crocus currant jam is one of the densest preserves. It is a great addition to toast, cakes and pastries, and white cheese. The high sugar content emphasizes the aroma and color of the fruit, whose sweet taste is broken up by a slightly sour note. A small amount of gluten-free glucose syrup prevents the jam from becoming saccharified. Made with 50g of fruit per 100g of product. The total sugar content is 68 g per 100 g of the product. Pasteurized product.
