DESCRIPTION
Green pancakes with spinach are a gluten-free product,
Sugar, corn, white rice flour and unnecessary chemical enhancers.
INGREDIENTS
gluten free oatmeal, gluten free oatmeal
, teff flour, dried spinach 7%, granulated garlic , garlic
Bears, Himalayan Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate (Raising Agent),
Pepper.
PREPARATION
Pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl
Add 400 ml of kefir, 1 egg and mix thoroughly. Fry on a low flame
best in clarified butter or coconut oil (also works without egg :)).
You can also prepare vegan with only water (300 ml). They taste best
with sour cream, tzatziki or mushroom sauce.
