DESCRIPTION
Organic oatmeal is made from crushed oats. Oatmeal is a great daily breakfast offering. They taste best with the addition of yoghurt, muesli drink and fruit.

PREPARATION
cook the flakes in a 1:1 2 ratio (1 serving of muesli to 2 servings of water or milk) and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
