Preparation: Pour 2 teaspoons (approx. 4 g) dry with 200 ml water, bring to the boil
5 minutes on low heat. Then cover and set aside for 30 minutes and strain. Drink 3 servings throughout the day.

Drink 1 glass of infusion once a day.
