Kutia is one of the most popular dishes at Christmas time, a Slavic tradition on the Christmas Eve table. A traditional dish of Ukrainian, Lithuanian and Belarusian cuisine. It is a combination of wheat and poppy seeds with nuts and dried fruits, sweetened with honey.
A 500g pack contains 10 servings of 50g each.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat pearl barley * 100% (* from certified organic farming)

PREPARATION
Rinse groats in plenty of water. Then add to boiling salted water and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring regularly. When the groats are soft, let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. The ratio of porridge to water should be 1: 2. Combine the cooked wheat with the poppy seeds, dried fruits and honey.
RETENTION RECOMMENDATION
Store cool and dry. Keep tightly closed after opening.
