The aromatic vegetarian Bigos Primavika is perfect as a quick, warming dinner or as a filling afternoon tea. It is based on white cabbage and sauerkraut, which are best known for their high vitamin C content. The unique taste of this vegetable duo comes from the composition of additives such as mushrooms, onions, turmeric, concentrated tomatoes or dried carrots. The jar also contained boletus and porcini mushrooms, giving the whole a bit of a 'forest' character.
