DESCRIPTION
Freeze drying is a drying process that removes water from previously frozen raw material by the so-called sublimation, ie a direct transition to the vapor state without the liquid state. This process eliminates much of the microbiological contamination, allowing the raw material to be safely stored for a long time.
Freeze-dried products retain 90% of their natural shape, color and aroma. Thanks to the possibility of carrying out the process at low temperatures, the raw material processed by freeze-drying does not lose any valuable vitamins and essential oils.
Freeze-dried organic oregano can be used as a condiment, e.g. roasts, fish, sauces and many Italian dishes or as an ingredient in herbal teas.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Grind the appropriate amount in your hands or in a mortar and add to the dish or add spice mixture. To prepare an herbal tea, pour 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of the starting material and let it steep for 10 minutes.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and shady place.
