To grow sprouts in a germinator, follow the instructions that come with the device. If using a glass, rinse the seeds, then place in a pre-brewed glass and pour over boiling lukewarm water. Soak for 10-12 hours, then drain the water, cover the jar with gauze and put in a warm place (18-22℃). Rinse sprouts 2-3 times a day. Sprouts are ready to eat after 3-6 days 1-2 cm long.
