DESCRIPTION
Organic Matcha is a powdered green tea. The process of making tea is a real ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, matcha is also used as an additive to baked goods, ice cream, cocktails.
PREPARATION
Infuse 1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g) with 250 ml of hot but not boiling water (approx. 70-80 degrees C), mix quickly with movements until the powder dissolves and the foam appears.
To prepare matcha the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to pour a portion of tea into a preheated bowl of hot but not boiling water, then shake with a special bamboo brush. This final step gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.
