DESCRIPTION
" Organic Matcha is powdered green tea. The process of making tea is a real ceremony, an experience for the senses. Thanks to its taste, Matcha is also used as an additive in baking, ice cream.
PREPARATION
Pour 1 small, flat teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g) into 250 ml of hot but not boiling water (approx. 70-80 °C), mix with quick movements until the powder dissolves and foam forms.
To prepare matcha the traditional way, use a bamboo spoon to pour a portion of tea into a preheated bowl, pour hot but not boiling water, and then wipe with a special bamboo brush. This final step gives the drink a smooth, silky texture.
