DESCRIPTION
Organic corn grits made from corn kernels. It is used to PREPARE the famous Italian polenta or Romanian Mamaliga, which tastes both sweet, for example at breakfast with dried fruit, and savory for main courses. The mash also serves as a binder for soups and sauces and, once ground into flour, is also used to PREPARE pies, puddings and cakes.
PREPARATION
Boil the porridge in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of porridge to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
