Contains Tryptopure®, the highest pharmaceutical grade L-tryptophan available.

COMPOSITION:

L-tryptophan, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), cellulose, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

1 capsule daily on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bedtime with water or fruit juice

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
