USE

Put the bowl on a flat surface and put the colander on it, close the box. Pour enough water into a closed vessel so that its level is above the trellis. Change the water in the jar 1-2 times a day and pour it through the hole in the strainer. Once the seeds have germinated, reduce the amount of water in the jar. Place the bowl in a bright, but not too sunny spot. The sprouts are ready to eat when they are 3-5 cm tall. After using the sprouts, clean the jar.
