Patison ( Cucurbita pepo var. patisoniana ) is an annual plant, its fruits and heat-treated taste like zucchini or pumpkin, are easily digestible and rich in vitamin C to support the immune system, also contain a certain amount of B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, iron and carotene.
