DESCRIPTION
Organic bulgur is a groat made from cooked, dried and crushed durum wheat grains. Recommended as an accompaniment to casseroles, salads, fillings and as an ingredient in main dishes.

Durum wheat bulgur * 100% (* from certified organic farming)
PREPARATION
Pour bulgur with lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2.5 (1 portion of groats to 2.5 portions of water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from the stove, cover and leave to soak.
