DESCRIPTION
Organic brown lentils are an excellent ingredient for stews and an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, stews, purees. It is commonly used in making vegetarian pies and breads.
PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 45 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, season with salt.
