DESCRIPTION
Organic Guar Gum is a natural thickening agent derived from the endosperm of the seeds of the Fabaceae plant - Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar gum can be used as a substitute for tasteless and odorless gelatine. It is characterized by good water solubility and also thickens products without having to heat them. Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal addition to sauces, dressings, soups, jams and desserts.
PREPARATION METHOD: Dissolve 1 g of guar gum (1/4 teaspoon) in 100 g of thickened product.
