- Ceylon cinnamon
Ceylon cinnamon is obtained by drying the bark of a cinnamon tree, which is then rolled into special sticks. Cinnamon owes its characteristic aroma and flavor to the essential oils contained in the bark. The main ingredient in cinnamon is cinnamaldehyde, which helps in detoxification and regeneration of the body. It contains vitamins C, A, E, K and B vitamins as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc and sodium. Cinnamon helps maintain normal glucose levels and helps with constipation issues.

APPLICATION
To flavor dishes, baked apples, cakes, mulled wine, etc. Small amounts of cinnamon are used to flavor stews, ready-made fish, mutton and fast. The product is not recommended for pregnant women.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry, cool place in a tightly closed container.
