DESCRIPTION
Arrowroot is a good binding agent, it can be used to PREPARE and thicken many dishes: clear soups and sauces, puddings, cookies, jellies, puddings, ice cream and children's baked goods. In a gluten-free diet, it is excellent as a thickener and also as a substitute for gluten flours. It works at sub-zero temperatures and prevents the formation of ice crystals in frozen products.
