DESCRIPTION
Organic white beans are a well-known and widely used legume. It is an excellent source of fiber and plant-based protein. Recommended for soups, stews (excellent with vegetables), pies and pies.
PREPARATION
Before soaking, cook the washed beans in fresh, unsalted water for at least 12 hours and until tender, about 60 minutes. Only salt the beans at the end of the cooking process.
