DESCRIPTION
Organic black beluga lentils are one of the most interesting types of lentils. The name beluga refers to the caviar that black lentils closely resemble. Beluga is perfect as an accompaniment to soups, stews and hearty snacks. It goes well with salads and vegetable dishes.
PREPARATION
Cook the previously rinsed lentils in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 45 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, season with salt.
