INGREDIENTS
dried whey* (from milk), dried glucose syrup*, corn starch*, agar* (thickener), ground vanilla bourbon * 1% (* ingredient from certified organic farming)
PREPARATION
1) Pour the loose mixture (40g) to 200-250ml cream add 1 tbsp organic cane sugar (20g) and mix.
2) Bring 200 ml of milk to a boil, add the previously prepared mixture with cream and cook for about 1 minute.
3) Pour into rinsed bowls and allow to thicken (about 2 hours)
You can serve in bowls or remove the dessert CAUTION ig from the rim of the bowl and place it upside down on a dessert plate.
4) Pour chocolate or fruit sauce over the dessert before serving, you can also decorate with fruit or mint.
