PREPARATION
WAFFLES: Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add the package contents, 75g softened butter, 80g sugar and 200ml milk and mix until you get a uniform batter. Grease the waffle iron, pour in the batter and bake the waffles.
PANCAKES: Mix the contents of the package with 3 eggs and 300 ml milk to form a smooth batter and place in portions on a greased pan. Fry on both sides over medium heat.
VEGETARIAN DISH: Instead of eggs and milk, use 300 ml soy (or grain) drink or 200 g soy yoghurt.
