Inositol is the main component of cell membrane phospholipids and is involved in many biological processes.

Inositol is also known as vitamin B8, although it is not actually a vitamin. It is a type of sugar that affects insulin response and several hormones related to mood and cognition.

INGREDIENTS:

myo-inositol. Capsule COMPOSITION: Plant cellulose (vegetarian).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

2 capsules 2 times a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
