It contains vitamins C, B1, B2, provitamin A, PP and many minerals, including: calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium. It also contains large amounts of iron. Beets have alkali-forming properties, thanks to which they eliminate unpleasant acid symptoms. They also have numerous amino acids and pigments (betacyanin and betaxanthin). Podkowa Borscht Vitapol does not contain thickeners, artificial flavors and colorings.
