INGREDIENTS

Acetyl-L-carnitine extract from turmeric rhizomes (Curcuma longa) standardized to contain at least 95% curcuminoids, of which 80% curcumin, Rhodiola rosea root extract standardized to contain at least 3% salidrosides and 1% rosavins, L-tryptophan, valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) standardized to contain at least 0.8% valeric acid, saffron extract (Crocus sativus) standardized to 2% crocin and 1% safranal, pyridoxine HCL (vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) . Composition of the capsule: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule 2-3 times a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water 15 minutes before a meal.
