PREPARATION
(warm): Pour 180 ml water/milk or plant drink on 50 g porridge, cook for approx. 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
(cold): Pour 150 ml liquid over 50 g oat flakes, place in the fridge for 8-10 hours, serve with fruit.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE
Store cool and dry.
