DESCRIPTION
Glucose is an organic chemical compound, more precisely a simple sugar from the group of aldehexoses. It is a white crystalline powder that is very soluble in water. It has a sweet taste but is less sweet than sucrose. It occurs naturally mainly in fruit and honey. In the food industry it is used to make jams, sweets and jellies.
