1 packet organic rye sourdough liquid 150 g Biovegan, 500 g wheat flour, 500 g rye flour, 2 bags of dried gluten-free yeast organic 9 g Biovegan, 2 teaspoons salt, 750 ml lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon sugar
PREPARATION : Mix well half the flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add 750 ml of water and knead, add liquid rye sourdough. Mix well and gradually add to the remaining flour. Set aside in a warm place, allow to rise, knead again, transfer to a loaf pan and set aside to rise 1/2 the height of the pan. Place a bowl of water in the cold oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Let cool down.
