PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Spread a casserole dish (small cake tin) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle them with teff flakes, oatmeal, or ground flaxseed.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4 Slowly add 500ml sparkling water while stirring thoroughly.
5. Stir the batter and place in a roasting pan and place in the oven for 1.5 hours.
