PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Baking mix homemade gluten-free bread with the addition of goji berries.
PREPARATION TYPE:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
2. Brush the pan (small cake pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, oatmeal, or ground flaxseed.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
4. Add 500ml of highly carbonated water while stirring thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixed batter into a frying pan and put in the oven for 1.5 hours.
6. After baking, remove the bread from the roaster and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.
